It is a firm intention of the owners to organize within these areas some cooking and catering class, very fashionable at the moment, especially among foreigners. There is also the possibility of having video conferences, due to the most modern communication systems.
In this room there is also an exhibition of typical local products such as olive oil produced by the owners on the hills of Durazzano, derived from olives grown on their land and worked with forefront systems.
